The Directional Plan includes a complete fitness evaluation consisting of a flexibility assessment, a cardiovascular assessment, a muscular strength assessment and a full body composition assessment. You will be given a complete analysis of the assessments performed, a plan to follow which will then be followed up with a reevaluation the following month to ensure you're on course and headed down the right road for success!
You have the direction but need more! The Accountable Plan includes a weekly session with your own personal trainer. You will bring your exercise program to be revised and checked once a week with your trainer. The revisions will continue to change to meet your individual need. This will allow you to keep focused and headed down the path for success!
Still Need More, and haven't found the right combination for success? The Committed Plan is The Lifestyle Makeover. You've tried the gyms, you've tried every diet in the book, you've even bought every piece of exercise equipment those infomercials had to offer! THEY DIDN'T WORK! This 12 week program is what you've been looking for. You work one-on-one with your trainer whose educating, motivating, and instructing you every step of the way! You will meet with your trainer a minimum of two times per week.
