Directional Plan
Looking to achieve your goals, but seem to continue to lose you way?
This plan is for you! The Directional Plan includes a complete fitness evaluation consisting of a flexibility assessment, a cardiovascular assessment, a muscular strength assessment and a full body composition assessment. You will be given a complete analysis of the assessments performed, a plan to follow which will then be followed up with a reevaluation the following month to ensure you're on course and headed down the right road for success!

Accountable Plan
You have the direction but need more!
The Accountable Plan includes a weekly session with your own personal trainer. You will bring your exercise program to be revised and checked once a week with your trainer. The revisions will continue to change to meet your individual need. This will allow you to keep focused and headed down the path for success!

Commitment Plan
Still Need More, and haven't found the right combination for success?
The Committed Plan is The Lifestyle Makeover. You've tried the gyms, you've tried every diet in the book, you've even bought every piece of exercise equipment those infomercials had to offer! THEY DIDN'T WORK! This 12 week program is what you've been looking for. You work one-on-one with your trainer whose educating, motivating, and instructing you every step of the way! You will meet with your trainer a minimum of two times per week.

Do you prefer to workout at your own facility or at home, or would like to use the training expertise and results offered by our fitness club trainers?  Or… Do you lose your ambition, workout plan and diet when your traveling?
With our new, Interactive, On-Line Training Plan, we can extend our expertise and health,  fitness and training programs to literally anyone…anywhere, as well as accommodate the lifestyles of our existing club members who are often on travel and don’t want to fall off their workout and fitness program schedule.  With this program, we will set up for you your on-line meal plans, customized individual workout plans, and provide you the ability to schedule and log your workout events and results.  We  analyze and adjust your training plan to best optimize your results….you even get a personalized website specifically to use for your training plan!
